US PRICING, VAT & SHIPPING

All prices stated are in US Dollar and include VAT for US Customers. All error and omissions accepted. Prices displayed do not include shipping. Shipping costs are calculated on weight. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on US shipping only. Prices are subject to change at any time.

PAYMENT AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS

Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing payment declines your payment, either before or after the dispatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been dispatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days.

Paying With PayPal

In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonored cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

DESPATCH AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

We hold the right to ship using any delivery service of our choice

Orders must be placed before 3pm for same day processing.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all delivery times quoted only include working days (Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)

Air/Co2 Tanks

Please note that unless otherwise stated air and co2 tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order

RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS

We recommend the use of USPS, FedEx, DHL or same carrier we used to ship to you to return products to us. This provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by our technicians. When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details.

Order Errors (yours) In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Picking Errors (Ours) In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation
