RETURNS AND FAULTY GOODS


We recommend the use a fast delivery service to return products to us and which provides a method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by our technicians. When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details.

 
Order Errors (yours) In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

Picking Errors (Ours) In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you.


Picking Errors (Manufacturer) If you suspect that your pre-packaged goods have missing or incorrect items please contact us

Damaged in Transit . If you suspect your product to have been damaged in transit please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement.

 
Warranty Repair . If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please call us to arrange a warranty repair.


Due to the nature of the products we sell, PG Paintball Supplies does not offer a refunds on markers, air/co2 systems or paintballs. For a refund on other unused items send the items back to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Non-Faulty Goods. Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your goods for a full refund as long as you notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Used markers are non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. You will need to call us for an authorization number for a return.

HANDLING COMPLAINTS

We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner. We not only endeavor to respond to any complaint within five working days but also to have it fully resolved

Our Software Developers and Product Managers work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Pictures of products are for illustration only. Product specifications may change without prior notice.

This is a comprehensive data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. Air/Co2 Tanks

Please note that unless otherwise stated air and co2 tanks are supplied empty due to very strict courier regulations.

Paintballs

Due to the fragile nature of the product, we do not actually recommend sending paint via couriers. However, if you choose to buy we will only ship DPD as this is the most secure method. Please be aware though, if you receive your paintballs and some are damaged, even if the package has been signed for as damaged, there is a chance we can still not claim on it.

We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product specifications may change without prior notice.
We may record all telephone conversations for confirmation and training purposes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

You will likely be asked to pay VAT and duties at your local rate when importing. 

Please note, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the legality of importation into their own country. If goods are seized, destroyed, damaged through inspection or confiscation in any instance, we accept no responsibility and will offer no form of refund, replacement or credit. If the goods are returned to us by the seizing authority we will be able to refund you for the payment of the goods minus any shipping costs, fines, fees, or charges imposed by that authority for handling the return of the goods. We will issue any refunds only when the products are received and checked by us.
