How long will it take to deliver my order? 
Our stock is updated in real time on the website. If you ordered something that was showing in stock before 2pm, then the delivery time is solely down to the delivery method you chose. When we process your order you will be sent tracking details, so you can keep an eye on the delivery status yourself. If you haven’t received your order within reasonable time, please do not hesitate to contact us

How do I pay for my order
If you can pay with most traditional payment methods available. You could also pay by Bank Transfer, please contact us to arrange this.

If I order an air or Co2 bottle, will it come filled?
No! Couriers have a very strict policy on transporting pressurized containers.

Where can I get my Co2 or air bottles refilled? 
You should be able to get them filled at your local paintball site when you go to play.

How long will it take if what I want isn’t in stock? 
We will inform you immediately if your order is not in stock and let you know an estimated delivery time. The number of days given in the product information when you order is an estimate only, and depends on whether our supplier A) has the item in stock and B) how long it takes for them to send it to us. If only part of your order is in stock we will contact you to see if you want it shipped in part or if you want to wait until it can be shipped in full.
